It is easy to assemble with most of it by putting metal framing together and laying the glass on top. as the other reviewer says, you will need to "gunk", but wd40 is better, cheaper and works for many more things. so do yourself a huge favor, use wd40 to get the sticky goo (layers of) glass. a razor blade is also convenient and will cut up to seconds. its very sturdy, its very nice looking and very functional.
